Come out to share your thoughts on conservation in the South Okanagan Similkameen!
We will be showing a short film where a handful of locals describe why they love the grasslands of the South Okanagan-Similkameen and explain why these rare ecosystems need to be conserved. Filmed during the 2013 Meadowlark Nature Festival by students from the Vancouver Film School. The presentation of this film is in partnership with Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society – BC Chapter.

Alan Peatt – Senior Wildlife Biologist at Okanagan Nation Alliance
